A Few Words About Us

The Amanzimtoti Country Club – which was first opened in March 1915 – boasts a variety of different amenities for individuals and families alike to enjoy throughout the year. Situated on the beautiful KwaZulu-Natal South Coast, a mere 30 minutes from the new King Shaka International Airport, this superb yet very “user friendly” golf course is an ideal test for both experienced golfers looking for a challenging coastal game as well as holiday-makers looking for a fun game in the sun. The golf course is also a Conservancy and hosts a large variety of bird species along its coastal and river areas, such as Pelicans, Cormorants and Fish Eagles and a variety of smaller species of birds, buck and monkeys. All things considered, the “Toti” Country Club is a great place to visit throughout the year and the club members and Committee always look forward to welcoming new and regular guests with open arms.

Driving Range

The Club also offers a driving range to warm-up prior to a game or to sort out some “minor glitches” with some friends. The Pro-Shop is well equipped and offers golf carts, pull carts and golf clubs for hire. The club professional can also be contacted to book a lesson or to discuss the right set of golf clubs for you. The Halfway House (Giselle’s at Halfway) and newly renovated pub and veranda areas are ideal spots to unwind and enjoy breath-taking sea views whilst indulging in some great pub meals. The Club also has a jungle-gym and ample play areas for the kids to enjoy whilst mom and dad unwind.
